About me

My name is Sandor, and I spent most of my life dedicated to different crafts. On this page I am offering the result of my experiments in laser cutting and plotter art. I love to use basic shapes in an intricate way, tessellations, islamic geometry, a hint of trippiness, and creating depth via multiple layers or paper or wood.

Ars Poetica

I'm always searching for that perfect balance, where everything just clicks into place. I love getting lost in the tiny details, spending hours on the smallest elements until they feel just right. Each piece I make takes weeks of trial and error, tweaking and reworking until I finally reach that moment where I can step back and just stare at it for hours. That's when I know it's done: I've created something that pulls me in and won't let go, something I'm genuinely proud to put my name on.

I am a software developer by career, so art is not my main gig, but my goal is to create a full circle. I'd like to get to a point where the sales of my pieces cover the cost of creating them. Take a look around, and if you see anything you like, all of my pieces are for sale on my KoFi page.
