Shipping Policy
All items are shipped insured via PostNL in sturdy packaging to ensure your purchase arrives safely. For domestic orders within the Netherlands, shipping will be arranged automatically upon purchase. International deliveries are possible, but due to varying shipping costs and customs requirements, international buyers must contact me directly before or after placing an order to arrange appropriate shipping methods, calculate accurate costs, and discuss any customs documentation or duties that may apply to your destination country.
Returns Policy
Non-commissioned pieces can be returned within 14 days of arrival at the buyer's expense, and I strongly recommend sending returns insured to protect your item during transit. Once the returned item is received in its original condition, a full refund will be processed. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photographic evidence, and a replacement will be offered after the damaged piece is returned to me. Custom-made and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, as they are created specifically for you; however, if a commissioned piece arrives damaged, I will provide a replacement once the damaged item is returned.
